<title>Graph invariants based on distance between edges and double graphs</title>

<description>Graph invariants based on distance between edges and double graphs
Azari, Mahdieh
Topological indices are numerical parameters of graph which characterize its topology and are invariant under graph isomorphism. They are applied in theoretical chemistry for the design of chemical compounds with certain physicochemical properties or biological activities. The Wiener index, hyper-Wiener index, degree distance, and Gutman index are among the best-known distance-based topological indices with known applications in chemistry. In this paper, we study the edge version of these graph invariants for a collection of graphs named double graphs.

<title>Global existence of solutions for a weakly coupled system of three damped ?-evolution equations</title>

<description>Global existence of solutions for a weakly coupled system of three damped ?-evolution equations
Djaouti, Abdelhamid Mohammed
In this paper our purpose is the study of the Cauchy problem for weakly coupled system of three semi-linear damped ?-evolution equations. Using (L? ? L²) -L² linear estimates combined with fractional Gagliardo-Nirenberg inequality. We find the so-called (p1 ´ p2 ´ p3) planes for the global (in time) existence. Moreover, from the interaction between the parameters m1, m2, m3 ? [1, 2) in one hand and ?1, ?2, ?3 ? 1 in the other hand. We proved lower bounds for powers nonlinearities similarly to the modified Fujita exponent, which are in the form of planes (p1´p2), (p1´p3) and (p2´p3).

<description>Connecting statistics, probability, algebra and discrete mathematics
López-Blázquez, Fernando; Núñez-Valdés, Juan; Recacha González, Silvia; Villar-Liñán, María Trinidad
In this paper, we connect four different branches of Mathematics: Statistics, Probability, Algebra and Discrete Mathematics with the objective of introducing new results on Markov chains and evolution algebras obtained by following a relatively new line of research, already dealt with by several authors. It consists of the use of certain directed graphs to facilitate the study of Markov chains and evolution algebras, as well as to use each of the three objects to make easier the study of the other two. The results obtained can be useful, in turn, to link different scientific disciplines, such as Physics, Engineering and Mathematics, in which evolution algebras are considered very interesting tools.

<title>Solvability of a resonant fractional-order p-Laplacian boundary value problem with two-dimensional kernel</title>
<link>http://belgelik.isikun.edu.tr/xmlui/handleiubelgelik/5972</link>
<description>Solvability of a resonant fractional-order p-Laplacian boundary value problem with two-dimensional kernel
Azouzi, Mounira; Elhadj, Zeraoulia; Guedda, Lamine
The goal of this study is to establish the existence of solutions for a fractionalorder p-Laplacian boundary value problem with a two-dimensional kernel at resonance case. The non-linearity of this problem forced us to transform it into a semilinear system to use the so called Mawhin’s coincidence degree theory. In addition, an example is included to demonstrate the main result.
